SIXT Australia is seeking a Permanent Full Time dual role as a Customer Experience Agent at Canberra Metroplex.
You will split your time between the counter and the wash bay as needed.
Your main tasks overall will be:
Opening and closing rental agreements
Selling additional over the counter rental products
Managing reservations
Grooming returned vehicles
Recording vehicle damage
Delivering vehicles between sites
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a desire to provide exceptional customer service with an eagle eye for detail. The following skills and abilities are also required:
Drive for exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills
Must pass a drug and alcohol test
Current driver's licence
Full working rights in Australia
Valid National Criminal History Check (if you don't have a valid check currently, you will be required to complete one if you're shortlisted).
