One Stone Finance is a modern, dynamic organisation that specialises in providing great advice and long-term strategies for our clients as Mortgage Brokers. Our focus is to assist our clients with quality advice around short, mid and long term lending strategies, and to provide appropriate advice on lending structure based on our clients future property goals and aspirations.
We are seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to be our first point of contact to greet clients and schedule appointments for our team of Mortgage Brokers based in Hobart. The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception and administration duties, be well-presented, enthusiastic and have positive communication and PC skills.
The role…
- First point of contact for phone and email enquiries
- Schedule client appointments
- Manage info email inbox
- Maintain CRM database
- Office supplies and stationery ordering
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Deliver documents and correspondence as required
- Manage the Managing Director's emails, and other brokers email as required
About you…
- Professional and friendly phone manner essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role
- An understanding or interest in the financial services industry
- Well-presented and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Proficient with office technology and computer systems
