About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to reach their goals.
* Use your specialist knowledge and skills to facilitate people's return to meaningful employment
* Make a real difference in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
* Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.
* Mitigate the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
