Ideal Candidate
- Displays a keen interest in Fire Management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead prescribed burning, fuel reduction and wildfire responses.
- Demonstrated expertise in landscape-scale bushfire management (operational positions).
- Demonstrated strong project and systems‑management skills (support position).
- Exhibits strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Ability to support and share skills with a diverse group of people.
