The Opportunity This role serves as the strategic orchestrator of go-to-market (GTM) planning within the Digital Marketing team, ensuring seamless alignment across regions, channels, and broader functions. It plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, digital innovation, and future-state strategy across Cochlear's digital marketing ecosystem. As the digital coordination champion, you will partner closely with the Digital Marketing Experience and Digital Production teams to deliver integrated, high-impact programs that elevate customer experience and business performance. You will also oversee digital team operations ensuring effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of workflows such as ceremonies, business unit reviews (BURs), and showcases. About You You are a strategic and forward-thinking digital marketing leader who thrives in complex, global environments. You excel at connecting digital strategy to execution, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving innovation that enhances speed-to-market and performance. You're a strong collaborator who can balance structure with agility and inspire alignment across teams. Key accountabilities include: Leading GTM strategy and planning for global product launches and campaigns. Driving operational excellence and alignment across digital team processes and priorities. Supporting the Director, Digital Marketing in shaping and executing the global digital strategy and roadmap. Translating business goals into actionable digital strategies and leading business case development for enterprise planning. Piloting innovative approaches to digital marketing and championing the adoption of future-state strategies. Required Skills 7 years' experience in digital marketing strategy. Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary digital teams (SEO, social, events, web, CRM). Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with senior executives and global teams. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect strategy to measurable business outcomes. Experience managing digital team operations, planning, and governance. Proven ability to define metrics and implement performance measurement frameworks. Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing campaigns and omni-channel execution. Future-focused mindset with a track record of driving innovation and cross-functional alignment. Desired Skills Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with AI readiness and digital innovation practices. Strong knowledge of demand generation, content marketing, and omni-channel integration. Experience balancing global consistency with regional/local execution. Expertise in customer experience design and journey mapping. Skilled in data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to optimise marketing performance. Ability to navigate complexity and influence across matrixed organisations.
