Your Impact: The Role
As a Student Enrolment Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for professionals ready to transform their careers through education. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their career ambitions. This is your chance to make a genuine impact.
* Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
* Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
* Transform inquiries into successful enrolments while working independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts

A Day in the Life of a Student Enrolment Advisor
* Warm Leads: Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest.
* Automated Dialler & Inbound Calls: Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications.
* Live Chat: Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations.
* Pipeline Management: Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM.
* Team Huddles: Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals.

To be successful in the role
You're a sales professional who believes in the power of education to change lives. You bring:
* Proven experience in a phone-based sales role—self‐motivated and mission‐driven, with pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
* Previous experience achieving KPIs or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline. With uncapped commissions, your target is only a starting point!
* A natural ability to build trusted and connective relationships.
* The drive to thrive in a fast‐paced, purpose‐led environment.

Work Arrangements
* Full‐time position (38 hours/week)
* Monday to Friday, 8 am – 7 pm (rotating roster) AEST/AEDST—No weekends!
* Work remotely in Australia with a reliable internet connection
Onboarding and Training
* A comprehensive and supportive remote onboarding completed over your first 3 days. We start your first week on a Wednesday!
* 2 weeks of shadowing one of our experienced Student Enrolment Advisors to help you hit the ground running
* Ongoing support and training from your Team Leader and our dedicated Sales Training team
Work Remotely
At Keypath, we believe you do your best work where you feel your best. As a remote‐first workforce, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia—no commute required! As long as you have a reliable internet connection and a comfortable home workspace, you're set up for success. Plus, if you're based near Melbourne, you're always welcome to visit our head office.
You'll stay connected with a supportive, collaborative team through virtual tools that make remote work seamless.
