With over 600 employees, we offer safe and cost-effective services from our branches across Western Australia, including bulk haulage, storage, ship loading, and stockpile management.We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Control Managerto join our team for a 12-month maximum term maternity leave contract,based at our new offices in Wellington Street Bunbury.Supported by and reporting to the General Manager—HSEC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an organisation-wide compliance program throughout MGM and ensuring the ongoing renewal of the ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management System.Your responsibilities will include:Maintain and develop the organisational compliance frameworkConduct internal audits to ensure departmental compliance obligations are metEducate and support internal stakeholders to ensure they meet their compliance obligationsMaintain and develop the Safety Management and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the organisation maintains certification to the international standard ISO 45001and 9001:2015Providesupport and company awareness of the QMSProvide reports to management on the performance of the QMSMaintain and develop theControlled Document Management System (CDMS)Ensure that the administration of documents is completed in compliance with the CDMSEnsure the Document Management Standard and EDMS comply with the 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemPlan, schedule and coordinate the internal audits for the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) & National Heavy Vehicle AccreditationDevelop and strengthen relationships with managers and employees across all branchesWhy pick MGM?We are a thriving, privately owned business with room for professional growth and development.
