Responsibilities
Rostered hours of 7am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7am - 12pm on Fridays. Responsibilities include but are not limited to – Enabling a safety focussed team environment, Maintaining quality standards in our workshops and office spaces Managing the team to achieve optimum productivity Build and maintain strong, cooperative and trusted working relationships with our client; your team and peers Identify and assist in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives Developing the team to ensure capability Supporting and implementing change initiatives Reviewing and interpreting data to inform decisions and highlight risks Required Skills and Experience
Proven leader in a technical environment Trade qualification or maintenance experience is advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that foster trust and collaboration. Confident decision making supported by clear rationale Valid Driver’s licence You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance About Ventia
