Production Team associate
Pearls of Australia are looking for a ‘Jewellery Production Associate' with a passion for Pearls and Jewellery. We are seeking a motivated and highly efficient individual who has the skills required to maintain the elements of Jewellery stock control at Pearls of Australia.
This is a multi-disciplined position with an overall objective to ensure that the company's stock levels meet business needs and add value by creating efficiencies in the processes of both distribution and stock management. The focus of this role is to provide highly efficient back of house administrative support. All team members help with sales and customer service and events.
You will be an essential member of the small team reporting directly to the 'Jewellery Production Manager'. The successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to multitask, express effective communication abilities, with attention to detail and strong strategical and data analytical skills. You will become intimate with the company's brand tone of voice, promoting the values and essence of our luxury brand in everything you do.
What we are looking for:
* Strong organizational and administrative experience.
* Ability to work in a small team, and a willingness to multitask.
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Excellent workflow and personal organization.
* The ability to follow process and procedure with an eye for detail.
* The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to complex and time restrictive projects.
* Strong strategical and data analytical skills
* Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures
* Computer literacy, Excel, Microsoft 365
* Prior Sales and customer service experience
Desirable skills
* Relevant industry knowledge with regards to Jewellery findings and pearls.
* Stock control experience.
* Experience with Shopify, Tower Systems.
