One Identity Manager Consultant / Developer
12-month contract with possible extension. Location: ACT only (Candidates willing to relocate to Canberra will also be considered). Must be an Australian Citizen with active NV1 Security Clearance.
DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced One Identity Manager (OneIM) Developer to join a Federal Government client, supporting the enhancement and expansion of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Enhance and extend the One Identity Manager platform, including RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and system integrations.
* Develop in-product customisations using VB.NET (value templates, condition scripts, process tasks).
* Build and maintain web portal interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
* Design and implement integrations using .NET (C# / VB.NET), APIs, and web services.
* Architect and implement provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and access control models.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations within the OneIM environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure IGA solutions.
* Support end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, and deployment.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Demonstrated experience with One Identity Manager (OneIM) including architecture, configuration, and identity lifecycle management.
2. Strong development and integration experience within IGA platforms, including customisation and connector development using VB.NET, .NET (C#), APIs, and web services.
3. Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, and HR platforms.
4. Strong understanding of IAM security governance including SoD, PAM, access certification, and audit/compliance reporting, aligned with ISM, PSPF, and ASD Essential Eight.
5. Proven ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, produce solution designs, and deliver enhancements within an enterprise IGA environment, including documentation, testing, and managed deployment.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and uplift of internal IGA capability.
