Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of multi-skilled trades personnel in a safe, productive, and cost effective manner
* Oversee day to day workshop operations and workflow
* Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance
* Mentor apprentices and set a strong example for workshop standards and behaviour
* Carry out rebuilds, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of heavy mining equipment
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair large earthmoving machinery and associated equipment
* Problem solve effectively while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Requirements
* Valid working rights (VEVO check, Birth Certificate, or Passport)
* Two satisfactory reference checks
* Current Driver's Licence (minimum C Class – no provisional or extraordinary licences accepted)
* Trade Certificate relevant to the role
* Must provide a clear colour copy (front and back) of Driver's Licence
