About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, accountable business development professional to introduce our brand to the market and secure new business across Australia and PNG.
You should be confident in decision-making with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key responsibilities include selling equipment such as mixers, slurry plants, control equipment, binder systems, backfill plants, shotcrete plants, concrete plants, and providing engineering support, installation, and after-sales services.
This role involves engaging key clients across Australia and Papua New Guinea, building a pipeline of opportunities, and closing new business.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of technical sales experience in plant assets, mining, infrastructure, or capital equipment.
Strong communication skills with clients at all decision-making levels are essential.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities are necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot CRM, Teams, AutoCAD, Adobe PDF, or similar software is required.
Adaptability to changing priorities and meeting deadlines is crucial.
