WHD is a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced part time Bookkeeper to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations.
This is an in-office role suited to someone who is organised, accurate, and comfortable working independently.
You will be responsible for payroll, BAS preparation, reconciliations, invoicing and bill payments using Xero.
The workload is consistent and well defined.
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term, stable part-time role.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Processing fortnightly payroll, including super and STP
Preparing BAS for review and lodgement
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable
Processing and scheduling bill payments
Reviewing and coding transactions in Xero
Completing month-end checks and maintaining clean financial records
Working with our external accountant as required
What We're Looking For
At least three years experience in a bookkeeping role
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Confident handling payroll, super, STP and BAS preparation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Professional communication and standards
Nice to Have
Experience reconciling client media or trust style accounts
Experience in a service based business or agency environment
