B.Tech/MCA with Duck Creek Certification
Job Description Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Claims implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand claims-related requirements.
Design, develop and oversee Claims configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Coordinate with QA teams to validate Claims functionality and support UAT.
Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Expertise in P&C; insurance Claims management lifecycle and configuration techniques
Experience with Duck Creek Claims V12 and SaaS delivery models
Proficiency in .NET, XML, XSLT, and web services/API integration
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
