What you'll do
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of 10+ employees.
* Ensure safety standards and promote a Zero Harm culture.
* Maintain quality and production standards on your shift.
* Coordinate daily operations, staff allocation, and resource planning.
* Drive continuous improvement in safety and production performance.
* Support training and development for team members.
* Operate flexibly across functions, including pallet repair, forklift operation, and general equipment maintenance.
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated supervisory experience in an industrial production environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
* Forklift license (essential).
* Problem-solving and decision-making experience with accountability.
* Knowledge of WHS principles and continuous improvement practices.
* Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
