Director (Quantity Surveyor) – Disputes & Expert Witness Services
Who Will Enjoy This Role?
This role is suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working independently and within a small specialist team.
The successful candidate will be naturally curious, analytical and detail orientated. They will enjoy reviewing evidence, identifying key issues, testing assumptions and presenting conclusions in a clear and logical manner.
The role may appeal to someone already working within a disputes or expert witness practice who is seeking greater involvement in complex matters and direct exposure to expert appointments. It may also suit an experienced contractor-side Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to transition into expert witness and dispute resolution work.
Importantly, this role is focused on technical excellence rather than business development. There are no business development targets, revenue generation requirements or client origination expectations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop as an expert in their own right over time or alternatively establish themselves as a highly regarded senior technical specialist supporting the delivery of expert witness assignments and complex disputes.
