About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Office Manager
to play an integral role in our Network Operations team. In this position, you will provide an excellent standard of administrative support to our General Managers within Network Operations. If you're ready to make a significant impact and contribute to a dynamic, forward thinking and safety-focused team, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

* Taking minutes in meetings and/or organising catering.
* Assisting with agendas, supportive documents & presentations for meetings.
* Arranging travel, accommodation, car hire and site PPE requirements for senior management and guests whilst maintaining the travel planner.
* Managing senior managements' calendars, providing reminders for appointments and meetings.
* Coordinating regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.
* Ordering essential supplies for the office/depot.
* Managing office/depot access for new starters or amending access for existing employees.
* Assisting with invoicing, purchase order creation and credit card payments.
* Processing personal expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
* Assisting with other administrative task as required by the General Managers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a similar role within a busy, operational environment.
* Highly developed organisational skills.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
