Job Title: Industrial Coatings Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team. As an experienced spray painter, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality coatings solutions to our clients.
Your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring optimal working conditions at all times. You'll also be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
To achieve this, you'll apply paint or coating using various spray techniques to achieve smooth and even coverage that meets our clients' specifications. Additionally, you'll inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, or areas that require touch-ups.
You'll work closely with your team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes are essential for this role.

Requirements:
