Key Responsibilities will include: Directing and overseeing daily on-site operations and personnel. Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Implementing and enforcing all company policies and safety procedures. Collaborating closely with project managers and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Mentoring and developing on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Managing resources, equipment, and materials effectively. We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in a day-to-day, on-site staff management capacity. A strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating teams. A commitment to safety and quality above all else. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Relevant civil construction qualifications and certifications.
