Job Title: Experienced Litigation Lawyer
Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced litigation lawyer to lead a small team in delivering high-quality legal advice and litigation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, dispute resolution or related areas, with a minimum of 5 years PAE experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals within a collaborative, collegiate legal team. They will also be expected to handle complex, sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or related areas (succession, equity, property or elder law)
* Experience managing or mentoring junior lawyers or paralegals
* Strong written and oral advocacy skills
* Eligibility for a current practising certificate in Queensland
