Key Responsibilities:
* Review, Draft, and Negotiate Contracts: Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of construction contracts.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Construction Law: 3+ years of experience in construction law within a private practice setting.

* Drafting and Reviewing Agreements: Proven ability to draft and review construction-related agreements such as contracts and development agreements.
