About This Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager within our Millers Junction Store, your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively with the team and Store Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the store's overall performance.

You'll bring significant value by:

* Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing, and training the wider team.
