System Administration Expertise
The role is responsible for providing expert support to business units utilizing the Pega Enterprise Platform. This includes ensuring that applications are kept up to date with hotfixes and enhancements deployed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor performance and security logs
* Manage user audits
* Collaborate with managed service providers
* Advise on project work
* Adhere to policies and procedures
The Senior System Administrator will provide expert support in the following areas:
* Pega Cloud Operational support, Maintenance, and Enhancements
* Support and troubleshoot application issues
* Provide recommendations and deliver minor enhancement work
* Monitor environment performance and availability
* Assist business units with UAT for deployments
