The Role
We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our Aged Care Services (ACS) Transformation Team on a full‐time fixed‐term contract until June 2027. The Change Manager will engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to optimise business participation and engagement to ensure successful transition, realisation of expected benefits and desired business outcomes. In this role you will also support the Change Analysts aligned to the projects to prepare the organisation for the changes the transformation will introduce.
Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:
* Lead, design and develop the Change Management Approach for Anglicare's transformation activities in alignment with Anglicare's Organisational Change Management Approach and Framework
* Analyse and recommend the high‐level change approach and resourcing needs for emerging projects and provide change management support and advice for projects as they progress during early stages
* Build and maintain business impact artefacts to support the Transformation Roadmap
* Provide the escalation point for issues and risks relating to or arising from change, communications, training and business change readiness
* Ensure alignment of change and communications plans across the Transformation
* Build long‐term relationships with key stakeholders and service practitioners to gain understanding of the Anglicare business
* Gather and communicate awareness about other changes that are happening across key business areas
What you will bring to the role
* Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check (or ability to attain)
* Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable vehicle
* Accreditation/certification in a Change Management methodology (desired)
* Demonstrated ability to use a change management methodology to develop change management strategies and develop fit‐for‐purpose change management, communication and engagement strategies
* Experience managing change and people, including effectively overseeing changes to people's work, business processes, systems and technology; coaching Change Analysts and Senior Leadership
* Experience managing a dynamic team of change analysts, supporting and advising on change management activities and having been the escalation point for issues and risks
* Strong communication skills with proven experience in developing, reviewing and providing feedback on change, communications and training plans
* Strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation skills; ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
