About The Role
As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with large franchise groups across ANZ. You will drive revenue growth, strengthen operational performance, and elevate the customer experience across your portfolio.
This is a highly strategic, partner-facing role where you will engage senior decision makers, lead commercial conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and account management teams. You will be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes while positioning Uber Eats as a trusted long-term partner.
Your Impact In Role
* Own and grow relationships with key enterprise franchisee groups, leading day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders
* Drive product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly articulating the value of Uber Eats solutions
* Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement strategies to deliver strong performance outcomes
* Partner cross-functionally to navigate internal processes, resolve issues, and advocate for merchant needs
The experience you'll bring
* 4+ years of professional experience, including time in a client-facing, performance-based sales or account management role
* Proven experience managing goals and targets, with confidence delivering in-person presentations to senior stakeholders
* Experience leading negotiations and commercial conversations, ideally with enterprise or mid-market accounts
* Strong analytical capability with experience using data to inform recommendations and working across multiple internal and external stakeholders
