RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

* Malvern Location | Hybrid role
* 6-month Maximum Term Contract

In this exciting 6-month opportunity as a Recruitment Coordinator at mecwacare, you will work closely with the People and Culture team to support the delivery of efficient, high-quality and compliant recruitment outcomes across the organisation. You will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, candidate management, interview scheduling, onboarding and maintaining accurate recruitment data and systems. A key focus of this role will be supporting the organisation’s transition to the Workday HRIS platform, ensuring recruitment processes, data integrity and system use are consistent, timely and aligned with organisational policies, legislative requirements and workforce needs, while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As a trusted member of the People and Culture team, you take pride in providing excellent service, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems. You will bring experience in recruitment coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to HRIS or system implementation support. Essential Criteria

* Demonstrated ability to coordinate high-volume recruitment activities in a timely and efficient manner.
* Proven adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
* Sound understanding of human resources practices and/or recruitment operations.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to balance competing demands.
* Well-developed problem-solving capability, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.
* Ability to generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to support continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute ideas and initiatives that support organisational growth and workforce planning.
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to support project-based and ad hoc initiatives as required.
* Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience within the Aged Care and/or Health sector.
* Experience using HRIS and e-Recruitment systems (e.g. JobAdder or similar).
* Exposure to, or experience supporting, the Workday HRIS platform.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
