With the new year underway and continued growth across our practices, we are seeking two enthusiastic and professional Medical Secretaries to join our team.

About the Roles
We are recruiting for two full-time positions:
1. Cardiologist Personal Secretary
Support one of our highly dynamic Cardiologists who consults at our Central and Murdoch locations.
2. Team Support Secretary
Provide secretarial support and backup to our broader administrative team across our Northern and Central sites.
These roles will suit candidates who are adaptable, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced specialist environment.
Travel to different practice locations is required, to support our various cardiologists.
Responsibilities Include:
* Managing patient bookings and queries
* Billing and processing accounts
* Coordinating recalls and follow-ups
* Preparing clinics and ensuring all results/referrals are available
* Providing high-quality administrative support to both Cardiologists and patients

About You
We're looking for people who are:
* Compassionate, positive and patient-focused
* Energetic team players who thrive in a busy, evolving environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident across technology with strong computer literacy
* Professional in phone manner, diary coordination and written communication
Experience as a specialist Medical Secretary or Medical EA is highly regarded—however not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
