Your new role: As an Enrolled Nurse in the Wisteria Unit, you will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred mental health care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within a supportive multidisciplinary team. * Deliver evidence-based nursing care to consumers in a 16-bed extended mental health inpatient unit * Practice under direct and/or indirect supervision of an RN, undertaking delegated clinical activities * Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation using the Electronic Medical Record * Support quality, safety, infection control and recovery-focused care within a structured therapeutic environment About you: You are a committed and capable Enrolled Nurse who values collaboration, continuous learning and delivering high-quality mental health care. * Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement * Demonstrate sound clinical skills, professionalism and the ability to work effectively within scope under RN supervision * Bring strong communication skills and a person-centred approach when working with consumers, carers and colleagues * Show commitment to Metro South Health values, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
