An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen within a privately-owned organisation with large and specialised facilities across multiple sites in Canberra. This organisation prides itself on its culture and unique working environment. There is a large commercial redevelopment pipeline in the ACT for this business. Initially the role is a full-time fixed-term 12-month contract with the view to the successful candidate being redistributed to the project team. The Client Contracts Admin will support the projects team across multiple large-scale projects.
Your new role
* Review AFLs and liaise with legal, commercial, and leasing teams.
* Monitor contract milestones and coordinate with project managers.
* Develop and maintain standard contract templates.
* Prepare and manage the execution of construction contracts.
* Support negotiation of variations and contract terms.
* Collaborate with internal teams (owners, leasing, accounts) and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, tenants).
* Handle contract documentation, budgets, and project records.
* Resolve contract-related issues and respond to enquiries.
* Travel to project sites as needed, including interstate.
* Assist with tenders, document control, claims, and RFIs.
* Help prepare scores of work, reports, and submissions.
* Support WHS processes and building approvals.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.

* Demonstrated exposure to contract management and contractor liaison
* Project exposure within the commercial fit-out sector
* High level of financial acumen and detail
* Ability to analyse financial data
* Team player
* Ability to operate in high paced environments
