The Role
As a part-time Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of:
A hands-on Director
A dedicated Property Management Assistant
A stable, collaborative team
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing owner and tenant relationships
Overseeing maintenance and day-to-day operations
Lease renewals and arrears management
Ensuring high customer service standards
Working proactively and independently
With strong systems, outsourced PCRs, and no trust accounting, this role is designed to allow you to focus on what you do best —

About You

Current Property Management registration and driving licence
Experience managing their own residential portfolio
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
