The Role
As a part time Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio with the support of:
* A hands-on Director
* A dedicated Property Management Assistant
* A stable, collaborative team
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing owner and tenant relationships
* Overseeing maintenance and day-to-day operations
* Lease renewals and arrears management
* Ensuring high customer service standards
* Working proactively and independently
With strong systems, outsourced PCRs, and no trust accounting, this role is designed to allow you to focus on what you do best —

About You
