THE ROLE Administration Officer - Child Protection provide a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role provides wide ranging administrative, secretariat and support functions. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * * Advanced computer skills: uses a wide range of software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets; assists others with problem-solving on word processing and related applications. * Planning and organisation: regularly plans and tracks progress on work tasks; takes an organised, methodical approach to work; addresses priority tasks first. * Written communication: prepares basic letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; organises information in a logical sequence, includes content appropriate for the purpose and audience.
