As a Product Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide expert guidance on product strategies, development, and implementation. Your role will involve working alongside allied health professionals in assessing client needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring that products meet client expectations and business goals.
Your Responsibilities
Arrangeproductdemonstrations and equipment trials in the community and within the showroom
Working alongside clinicians, clients, andtheir families you will offer expert advice and recommendations on assistive technology equipment solutions
Develop, manage, and consolidatereferrals in a timely manner
Present various levels of education around assistive technology equipment
Occasional regional travel with overnight stays.
Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Product Consultant
Commercial/sales aptitude to balance products with clinical outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a referral network
High level of knowledge and reasoning to justify equipment features.
Required Licences and Compliance Checks
A full driver's licence and maintain an unrestricted Driver's Licence
Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Adhere to Australian Road Rules
