An opportunity has opened up in our Midvale branch, and we’re looking for the right leader to take ownership and drive it forward. This is not a standard management role. You’ll step into a fully operational Profit Centre, leading a team, managing performance, and taking accountability for the success of the business. What you’ll be doing: Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 Drive sales and build strong relationships with local customers and contractors Manage day-to-day branch operations across trade, warehouse and deliveries Oversee inventory and ensure stock accuracy Take ownership of Profit Centre performance including P&L and budgets Identify growth opportunities and build the business About you: Proven experience in sales, business development or leadership Strong people skills – you can build rapport and earn respect quickly Commercial mindset with exposure to performance or P&L Confident, proactive and comfortable making decisions Background in trade, wholesale or plumbing (advantageous) What’s on offer: Competitive salary package Fully maintained vehicle phone Profit share opportunity Full ownership of a profitable branch Career progression within a national network Why this role?
