About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables, working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience

* Possess relevant trade qualifications

* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service

* Asset Management experience

* Facilities Management experience

* Excellent communication

* Strong computer skills

* Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams
