The Day to Day:
As a key member of the Fund Accounting team, you’ll play a central role in delivering accurate financials, ensuring compliance, and supporting fund operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing fund financials, NAV calculations, unit pricing, and tax compliance
- Preparing monthly accounts, BAS/IAS statements, distribution calculations, and covenant reporting
- Coordinating investor distributions and vendor payments
- Supporting audit processes and preparing financial statements
- Collaborating with investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, and auditors
- Contributing to process improvements, operational controls, and financial reporting integrity
- Responding to investor queries and assisting with treasury and transaction support
- Helping drive the success of a high-performing and future-focused finance team
Who You Are:
You're a detail-oriented and motivated accounting qualified with a passion for fund operations and a desire to grow in a fast-paced investment environment. You thrive on collaboration, enjoy solving problems, and are excited by the idea of working across a wide range of asset classes.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in fund accounting
- Strong technical understanding of fund accounting and tax
- CA or CPA qualified (or progressing towards)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing deadlines
- Full working rights in Australia
