What You'll Do
You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You'll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:
Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
We're interested in multi-skilled individuals with waiting, barista and bartending experience. These casual roles offer approximately 12-38 hour per week. You'll be available to work day and evening shifts, weekends, public and school holidays and throughout the festive Christmas and New Year period.
What You'll Bring
Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
Robust bar, cocktail and mixology experience
Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine
A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
