About the Opportunity
We have exciting opportunities for an experienced Health & Lifestyle Coordinators to join our team at our Villages located in the Bowen Basin (Nebo, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart and Middlemount), approximately three hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This role will require you to utilise your skills and interests to promote, develop and increase participation in health, social and recreational activities for guests and staff of all ages and ability levels through exposure to and education on healthy lifestyle choices.
Full-time, permanent positions consisting of on-going rotating rosters (10-4 or 14-7 options).

About You
To be successful, you will have:
8. Demonstrated relevant work experience
9. Certificate IV in Fitness
10. Group exercise qualification/s
11. Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
12. Experience designing and marketing lifestyle and fitness programs
13. The ability to work autonomously and manage your time over split shifts
14. The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
15. A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
16. Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
17. Excellent computer and administrative skills
18. Exceptional communication skills
19. Capability to work well under pressure
20. Remote work experience (highly regarded)
21. Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
