* Salary: $104,953 – $113,204 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading

The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst within the Property and Commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, evaluation, and documentation of commercial and development projects. Your work will contribute directly to strategic priorities by informing decisions with high quality analysis.
You will develop reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and business cases that help stakeholders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and drive strategic outcomes. Working across a diverse stakeholder group, you will translate complex data into clear insights that enable continuous improvement and enhance the University's commercial capabilities.
You will also coordinate financial inputs for monthly reporting and forecasting, prepare senior-level documentation, and facilitate workshops that support collaboration and shared understanding across the division.
What Success Looks Like:
* Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* High level of accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
* Provide actionable insights. Expand on basic reporting to explaining why something happened and what to do about it.
* Implement process improvements.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and Revenue growth.

About You
* Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Proficiency in analytical methods and business process tools.
* Ability to manage competing priorities under broad direction.
* Accounting experience within the property industry beneficial but not essential.
