Role Overview
We're on the lookout for hands‐on, fast‐moving Bakery Operators to join our high‐energy bakery team at Capalaba, helping deliver fresh bread for our garlic bread production lines.
Responsibilities
* Staging, wrapping and quality checking of product to ensure efficient production processes
* Keep up with fast‐paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand‐eye coordination
* Operate crate stackers, pallet wrappers, dollys & metal detectors
* Manual handling & repetitive tasks – an active role
Roster
* Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm)
* Sunday – Thursday (12:00am – 8:00am)
What You'll Be Doing
* Wrapping, staging & quality checking our bread
* Keeping up with fast paced conveyor work
* Operating crate stackers, pallet wrappers, dollys & metal detectors
* Manual handling & repetitive tasks – this is an active role
Who We're Looking For
* A safety mindset and a team spirit
* Great communication and problem‐solving skills
* Manufacturing, warehousing or food processing experience is a bonus
* Own car and license
