We're looking for a Holiday Home Inspector to become the backbone of our operation, ensuring every property meets a consistent, hotel-standard level of presentation and functionality. Play a key role in keeping our holiday homes clean, safe, and guest-ready.

What You'll Do:
Conduct pre- and post-guest inspections to maintain cleanliness, any maintenance and safety issues.
Manage property presentation to Utopia standards, including welcome packs, signage, and overall look.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues efficiently.
Oversee amenities, inventory, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
Liaise with Holiday Property Managers to provide feedback and assist with urgent maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or facilities management is a plus.
Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
Customer-first mindset and professional, proactive approach.
