They are growing and are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead solution design, complex integrations, and technical engagement across our customer and partner ecosystem. This role at the intersection of technology, clinical workflows, customer engagement, and product evolution.
The Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be the technical authority across pre‑sales, implementation, integration, and architectural governance. You will design scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions that enable health services across Australia to deliver high‑quality virtual care, remote monitoring, and modern digital workflows. You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, clinical teams, and external health organisations to deliver high‑impact, high‑quality outcomes. You will:
* Lead end‑to‑end solution design for customer implementations and integrations.
* Architect secure, scalable cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
* Act as technical lead in workshops, discovery sessions, and tenders.
* Lead Architecture Review Board discussions.
* Design API integrations and healthcare interoperability (HL7/FHIR).
* Provide architectural oversight during delivery and guide engineering teams.
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare standards.
* Support technical team members and support ongoing innovation.
The Requirements
Essential
* 8+ years' experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles.
* Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred).
* Proven experience working with system integrations and APIs.
* Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 v2, HL7 v3, and FHIR.
* Experience working in regulated environments with strong security and privacy requirements.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with customers.
Desirable
* Experience in digital health, Virtual Wards, Remote Patient Monitoring, or hospital systems.
* Familiarity with Australian healthcare environments and hospital IT ecosystems.
* Experience contributing to RFPs, tenders, and enterprise customer engagements.
* Background in SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
* AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect – Professional).
