As the Flagship Store Manager in this stunning Hobart business, you will be responsible for coaching and driving your team and store to success. Leading by example and consistently displaying a high level of customer engagement with a fashion styling focus, you will have an energetic, professional and results-driven attitude.
The ideal manager for this flagship store will be one who treat the business as though it was their own, have sensational sales and communication skills, and take pride in their results. Skills & Experience
Current Retail Management experience in apparel
Able to demonstrate a successful history leading a team to new heights
A sensational consultative sales process
High level time management and communication skills
Strong coaching and team development skills
Ability to create a sensationally presented store
Self motivated professional with excellent presentation
Experience with opening new stores is ideal but not essential

Sensational base salary of minimum $70k + Super + Bonuses
