About the Role
The Support Worker will assist clients in achieving their goals and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personalized care and support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation
* Assisting clients with community access and social participation, including outings and activities
* Maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, including household tasks and light maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in providing personal care and household tasks. A current first aid certification and National Police Check are also highly regarded.
