 
        
        Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding as per job requirements and safety standards. 
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scaffolding requirements. 
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work procedures. 
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to complete tasks on schedule. 
- Perform regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure stability and safety. 
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- Experience required. 
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations. 
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. 
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. 
- Valid driver's license.
