**Position Description**
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base, whereby no two days will be the same! You will have a strong desire to ensure all payroll functions are delivered accurately and on time, whilst support the human resources function and broader accounts department. Your duties will include the following:

- Processing payroll for 300 + employees
- Payment of superannuation and tax
- Interpretation of various EBA and awards
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Provide support to the Human Resources Manager completing various HR functions
- Provide support on administration of workcover claims
- Support the OHS coordinator
- Maintain training and development records
- Assist with accounts payable duties including invoice processing and payment runs
- Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to internal & external stakeholder queries
- Reporting duties, on both a weekly and monthly basis

Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong end to end payroll experience, and exposure in a broader HR and/or accounts environment. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and assisting both the Payroll Manager & HR Manager, as well as the broader finance team when required. Additionally, you will have impeccable verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude!
