Job Title: General Counsel for International Markets
About the Role
The EMEA Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support in a fast-paced, international environment. This role involves leading legal support for France, Spain, and Switzerland while collaborating with the wider EMEA legal team across other key European markets.
Main Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts for global/national travel management services across various brands.
* Negotiate supplier contracts, prepare non-disclosure agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, facility/loan documents, and manage digital signature processes.
* Advise on applicable travel regulations, including IATA requirements.
* Draft intercompany loan agreements, corporate authorizations, and maintain corporate registers.
* Advise on disputes, negotiate with counterparties, and instruct external counsel when necessary.
* Support data protection and client information security teams in risk mitigation and contractual compliance.
* Assist HR with queries relating to intellectual property assignment, TUPE, and equality matters.
* Draft precedents, build contract playbooks, and deliver training to commercial teams to enhance efficiency across EMEA.
