The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over and grow a well-maintained residential portfolio - not a rescue mission.
In this role you will:
* Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end - leasing, routines, ingoings/outgoings, arrears & maintenance
* Build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants (we want long-term clients, not churn)
* Use established PM systems and checklists to keep the portfolio tight and compliant
* Work closely with an experienced PM team and Principal for support, escalations and backing when things get tough
* Have input into improving processes - if something's clunky, we actually want to fix it
About You
You're an experienced Property Manager who what's to do the job properly - with support and sanity.
You'll bring:
* Current SA Property Management Registration (essential)
* Solid experience managing a residential portfolio in South Australia
* Confident understanding of SA Residential Tenancies Legislation
* Strong organisation and follow-through - you don't let things drift
* Clear, calm communication style when dealing with landlords and tenants
* Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
