Job Overview

The role of Facilities Manager is a critical one, encompassing the oversight and management of integrated facilities services.

* Manage planned work schedules and review & evaluate building works to ensure seamless delivery.
* Coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.

Responsibilities include:

* Evaluating works against Service Level Agreements and Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to guarantee compliance.
* Effective staff management, including motivation, development, performance management, and recruitment.
* Preparing and submitting regular reports to stakeholders, detailing financial, health and safety, client service, and key issues metrics.
* Managing the facility's Profit and Loss statement with a focus on meeting financial objectives.
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of contractual agreements and adapting these as needed to meet business requirements.
* Fostering positive working relationships and maintaining a professional attitude across all teams.

This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
