The role of Facilities Manager is a critical one, encompassing the oversight and management of integrated facilities services.

* Preparing and submitting regular reports to stakeholders, detailing financial, health and safety, client service, and key issues metrics.
* Managing the facility's Profit and Loss statement with a focus on meeting financial objectives.
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of contractual agreements and adapting these as needed to meet business requirements.
* Fostering positive working relationships and maintaining a professional attitude across all teams.
