This role will be client focused where you will be responsible for talent mapping for future assignments, regularly communicating with contractors and clients while developing a network of contacts through referrals. The Business Development role will also involve: Working directly with the General Manager who will teach you how to build a reputation and network like them Contributing to the team’s success through coming up with new ideas, working together and supporting each other Build strong client relationships through understanding their recruitment needs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge Career Growth Opportunities: As a high-performing Business Development Consultant, you will have the potential to oversee and optimise recruitment processes, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
