The position:The Project Manager will deliver multiple projects across the Northwest and greater Kimberly regions, mainly bulk earthworks, roads and major infrastructure works.
Our client has robust project pipelines, and you may be required to work across several projects at the same time.Manage projects budgets & costings, support the construction manager, supervisors and civil employees to deliver project deadlines for the clients.
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business including company Directors, GM's and Financial managers.The Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering ideally within Bulk EarthworksReview, prepare and formalise project tendersExposure to projects across Mining, Main Roads & InfrastructureTake early action to ensure project costs and timelines remain as per scheduleExperience in managing subcontractors & liaising with the clients onsite and at internal project meetingsA pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running is essential for this roleBe able to communicate at senior levels, budget, plan and keep senior management across project issues, delays or other liabilitiesWhat\'s on Offer$200k - $210k + Site Uplift + Super2:1 Roster FIFO ex Perth, however interstate applications will be consideredCareer development and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisationWork for a family run business where you are not just a number, and decisions can be made quicklyOngoing Training and Development opportunitiesWork on major projects in WA such as, HanRoy, Bechtel, Rio, FMG, Roy Hill and more!
